Look for the Open Doors icon for shows and events that are part of the Open Doors initiative that provides enhanced access to the performing arts for persons with disabilities. Open Doors is made possible in part through a grant from MetLife Foundation.
INTRODUCTION
The Center is dedicated to providing persons with disabilities the necessary measures for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
For your convenience, a Disability Services Coordinator is available to assist you. Please call 813.222.1061 at any time and leave a message. The coordinator will contact you.
PARKING FOR PERSONS WITH MOBILITY IMPAIRMENTS
Parking for patrons with mobility impairments is available with the proper state identification.
There are a limited number of parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served and event-by-event basis in the parking lot on the Arrival Plaza in front of The Center. There is a nominal charge for this parking.
Other parking lots are conveniently located near The Center entrances with parking for persons with mobility impairments. These lots are: The Times lot* across from The Center, the Poe Garage* with access to The Center by an elevator and walkway, and the Fortune Street lot* adjacent to the Holiday Inn.
* Please note, the above parking lots are independently owned and operated.
SEATING FOR PERSONS WITH MOBILITY IMPAIRMENTS
Seating is available for persons with mobility impairments on all levels in Carol Morsani Hall and all levels of Ferguson Hall, on the orchestra level in the Jaeb Theater and in designated areas in the Shimberg Playhouse. When ordering tickets, be sure to tell the Ticket Office of your seating needs.
TDD
For persons with hearing impairments, a Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) is available in the Ticket Office to provide information and for sales. The number is 813.222.1082.
INFRARED LISTENING SYSTEM
Headsets are available for hearing impaired patrons to assist with amplification and clarity. They are lightweight and can be used in all sections of Carol Morsani Hall, Ferguson Hall and the Jaeb Theater. Please visit the Ambassador Station in the theater lobbies to check out a headset at no charge. You will need to leave either a driver’s license or a credit card until the headsets are returned.

PERFORMANCES
Currently,
the first Sunday evening performance of each show of the
Broadway Series is interpreted. Advance reservations are
required. For further information on seating arrangements
and reservations, please contact the Ticket Office by calling
TDD 813.222.1082.
OTHER SERVICES
Companion restrooms are on every level of Carol Morsani Hall and on the orchestra levels of Ferguson Hall. Accessible restrooms are on the orchestra level in the Jaeb Theater and in the Shimberg Playhouse.
Accessible water fountains and phones also are available in the facility on all seating levels. Please see an usher for directions.
Our passenger elevators are equipped with braille for access by persons with visual impairments.
Information regarding your particular needs is important to us. Please advise us of your specific needs, the size of your wheelchair (if applicable), if you prefer to use our theater seats or will be remaining in your own chair, etc. Our coordinator will pass this information on to our house staff.
At any time during your visit to The Center, please feel free to ask for assistance or guidance from The Center ushers, Ticket Office or event staff.

A wheelchair-height ticket window is available at our Ticket Office.
Tickets for all events may be charged over the phone with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Tickets may be purchased by mail with a check (at least two weeks prior to performances), Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. To order tickets by mail, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope and a letter indicating the performances, the date and the time of the show. If paying by check, please include a driver’s license number and state where it was issued.
If paying by credit card, please include the number and the expiration date. You also may fax in your order for tickets.
Please note: By mail, there is a $2 ticket service charge for each ticket. All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
LOST TICKETS

GROUP RATES
Special rates are available for groups of 20 or more. For more information call the Group Services Department at 813.222.1016 or 813.222.1018.
